As an experienced consultant, you’ll co-lead strategic funding missions for major health clients. In addition to managing CIR/CII projects end to end, you will mentor juniors and play a key role in client satisfaction and team development.

You’ll own CIR/CII missions from scoping to delivery, serve as a go-to expert, and contribute to internal knowledge building. Your insight and leadership will drive client value and reinforce our high standards.

Present CIR/CII frameworks and audit client activities.
Define scope and strategy for eligibility claims.
Coordinate complex client accounts with the team.
Oversee documentation collection and cost validation.

Write or review technical justifications in French.
Train and coach junior consultants.
Lead summary reporting and participate in client reviews.
Contribute to grant proposals for national/EU programs as needed.

Minimum 2 years of experience in CIR/CII consulting or public funding.
PhD or Master’s in Science in a health-related scientific field.
Strong writing, analysis, and communication skills.
Reliable, efficient, and proactive.

Experience in client-facing roles and coordination is a must.
Team player with a collaborative and mentoring mindset.
Comfortable with scientific complexity and strategic planning.
Fluent in French and proficient in English.

En tant que consultant expérimenté, vous co-pilotez les missions de financement stratégiques pour nos clients majeurs du secteur santé. Vous encadrez les projets CIR/CII de bout en bout et contribuez à la montée en compétences des profils plus juniors.

Vos tâches

Vous assurez la coordination, l’expertise technique et la satisfaction client tout en renforçant les bonnes pratiques internes. Vous serez un référent clé dans l’équipe Santé.

Présenter le cadre CIR/CII aux clients et auditer leurs activités.
Définir la stratégie de justification et le périmètre éligible.
Coordonner les comptes clients complexes avec l’équipe.
Superviser la collecte des documents et la valorisation financière.

Rédiger ou réviser les justifications techniques.
Former et encadrer les consultants juniors.
Participer à la rédaction des rapports finaux et réunions clients.
Contribuer à des dossiers de financement nationaux ou européens.

Votre profil

Expérience d’au moins 2 ans en consulting CIR/CII ou financement public.
Doctorat ou Master scientifique dans un domaine santé.
Compétences confirmées en rédaction et communication scientifique.
Autonomie, fiabilité, efficacité et esprit critique.

Your Profile (2nd part)

Aisance en relation client et en coordination d’équipe.
Capacité à accompagner et faire progresser les juniors.
Confort avec la complexité technique et la planification stratégique.
Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d’anglais.
