Join our Health team to support clients such as clinics, medtech startups, CROs and pharmaceutical companies in securing public innovation funding. As a consultant, you will guide them throughout the CIR/CII process—from audit to claim submission.

Act as a trusted advisor to health-sector innovators, identifying eligible R&D work and helping transform it into successfully funded claims. You'll work hands-on with technical, scientific, and financial documentation.

Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

Audit and analyze clients’ R&D activities for CIR/CII eligibility.
Define scopes and strategies for eligible work.
Collect and assess technical and financial documentation.
Calculate eligible costs and prepare declarations.

Your tasks 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)

Draft technical justifications in French.
Interact with clients throughout the full mission lifecycle.
Participate in drafting mission summary reports for large clients.
Support project proposals for other public funding programs.

Your profile 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

PhD or Master’s in Science in a health-related scientific domain.
CIR/CII or grant funding exposure is a plus.
Analytical mindset and scientific rigor.
Reliable, responsive, and capable of multitasking.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Curious and humble, with a strong service orientation.
High-quality scientific writing and synthesis skills.
Fluent in French and proficient in English.

Rejoignez notre équipe Santé pour accompagner les acteurs innovants du secteur (cliniques, medtech, CRO, laboratoires pharmaceutiques...) dans leurs démarches de financement public. Vous intervenez tout au long du processus de demande de CIR/CII, de l’audit à la déclaration.

Vos tâches

Vous agissez comme un conseiller de confiance en identifiant les travaux R&D éligibles et en transformant leur contenu technique en dossiers solides et conformes.

Auditer les projets de R&D des clients et analyser leur éligibilité CIR/CII.
Définir le périmètre d’éligibilité et la stratégie de justification.
Collecter et analyser les documents techniques et financiers.
Valoriser les dépenses et préparer les éléments de déclaration.

Rédiger ou contribuer à la rédaction des justifications techniques.
Assurer l’échange continu avec les clients durant la mission.
Participer à la rédaction des rapports de mission pour les grands comptes.
Contribuer à des dossiers de financement régionaux, nationaux ou européens.

Votre profil

Titulaire d’un doctorat ou Master scientifique dans le domaine de la santé.
Une première expérience du financement public est un plus.
Esprit analytique, rigueur scientifique.
Fiabilité, réactivité et organisation.

Aptitudes relationnelles et goût du travail en équipe.
Curiosité, humilité, autonomie.
Bonne capacité rédactionnelle et esprit de synthèse.
Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d’anglais.
