This is a mid-to-senior-level role with a focus on leadership development, conflict resolution, and organizational growth during a dynamic phase of company integration and expansion.
Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)
  • Support Leadership Development: Guide and coach team leaders transitioning from technical roles to managerial positions. Help them develop people management and leadership skills.
  • Manage Conflict: Act as a mediator and advisor to resolve conflicts within and between teams, fostering collaboration and understanding.
  • Optimize HR Processes: Organize and maintain HR data, manage personnel costs, and streamline workflows for our growing team.
  • Lead Recruitment Efforts: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including active sourcing from competitors. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new employees effectively.

  • Handle Compensation & Benefits: Assess and design compensation packages, including welfare schemes, bonuses, and benefits. Collaborate with external payroll providers for accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Contribute to Strategy: Play an active role in merging companies and creating a unified culture for a diverse workforce of 100+ professionals.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain strong communication in both Italian and English to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
