Acker & Partners is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee projects related to R&D Tax Deductions and Social Security Bonuses for research personnel in Spain (not subsidies).

You’ll work with clients to identify and define eligible projects, gather documentation, and manage collaboration with certification bodies and external experts. Your ultimate responsibility is ensuring the successful completion of projects and achieving favorable outcomes (IMV Favorable) from the Ministry.

Collaborate with clients to identify and define R&D projects.
Collect and manage necessary documentation to support claims.
Coordinate projects with assigned certifiers and external experts.
Drive project success by achieving client objectives and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Represent Acker & Partners in on-site client meetings as needed.

5+ years of experience in similar project coordination roles (not junior or administrative-level experience).

English proficiency (required).
Driver’s license and access to a vehicle (essential).
Resident of Madrid or the Community of Madrid.
