As an Innovation Consultant with Aristos Innovation Funding (part of the PNO Group), you will play a pivotal role in supporting innovative European SMEs and start-ups. Aristos specializes in securing grants from European programmes such as Horizon Europe EIC Accelerator, Transition, Pathfinder, Eureka Eurostars, and Innovation Action, among others. Sustainability lies at the heart of every project we undertake across key sectors like energy, environment & mobility, biotech, life sciences & health, ICT, and chemistry.

We are seeking a skilled consultant to lead the preparation of competitive project proposals and coordinate external freelance consultants collaborating with Aristos.

Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

• Develop comprehensive project proposals for European funding schemes like EIC Accelerator, Transition, Pathfinder, Eureka Eurostars, and Innovation Action, covering both technical/scientific and business aspects.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their project objectives and ensure proposals align with their goals and funding requirements.
• Coordinate external consultants to ensure structured and coherent proposal development.

Your tasks 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)

• Assist clients and project coordinators with the preparation of annexes and documents, such as pitch decks and budgets.
• Review and refine proposals based on client feedback to ensure clarity, precision, and compliance with funding guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality standards in project proposals, oversee freelancers' work, and manage timely delivery of assignments.
• Proven experience and a strong track record with funding schemes such as EIC Accelerator, Transition, Pathfinder, Eureka Eurostars, or Innovation Action.

• Conduct a kick-off meeting with a client to initiate a new project proposal.
• Write a portion of the Excellence section for another proposal.
• Review the Impact section of a proposal prepared by a freelancer.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

• A scientific or technical degree (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to deliver high-quality assignments on time.
