Become our go-to expert for all things Microsoft 365. You'll design robust, secure, and efficient digital solutions, collaborate with a dynamic international team, and lead initiatives that streamline our operations and boost our digital capabilities. Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)
  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Administer EntraID, focusing on identity management, conditional access, MFA, and Zero Trust policies
  • Implement top-tier security and compliance measures including DLP, threat protection, and continuous monitoring
  • Automate M365 administration using PowerShell scripting and Power Automate
Your tasks 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues as the go-to escalation expert
  • Lead exciting migration and modernization projects, including hybrid deployments and legacy system transitions
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 with third-party enterprise applications using Graph and other tools
  • Develop and enforce smart governance policies for user access, licensing, and information protection
Your profile 1st part (in max 4 bullets)
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 configuration and administration
  • Deep expertise in managing EntraID and implementing security and compliance features (DLP, Purview)
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques
  • Proven track record in managing migration projects across diverse environments (on-prem/cloud)
Your Profile 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)
  • Strong background in virtual server administration and ITSM software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative approach
  • Experience working in international, multidisciplinary IT organizations
  • Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills. Italian and/or Dutch is nice to have.

  • Progettare, implementare e gestire Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams e OneDrive

  • Gestire EntraID: accessi, MFA, policy Zero Trust

  • Implementare soluzioni di sicurezza e conformità: DLP, protezione da minacce, monitoraggio

  • Automatizzare l’amministrazione M365 con PowerShell e Power Automate

  • Gestire escalation e incidenti complessi in ambiente M365

  • Guidare progetti di migrazione e modernizzazione (ibridi e legacy)

Il tuo profilo

  • 5–10 anni di esperienza nella gestione e configurazione M365

  • Competenza approfondita in EntraID e politiche di accesso condizionale

  • Esperienza con strumenti di sicurezza (DLP, Purview, XDR, ecc.)

  • Ottima conoscenza di scripting con PowerShell

Your Profile (2nd part)

  • Esperienza in progetti di migrazione e deployment ibridi

  • Conoscenza dell’amministrazione di server virtuali e software ITSM

  • Ottime capacità di problem-solving in ambienti internazionali

  • Inglese fluente; italiano e/o olandese è un plus
