In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing backend systems that power our innovative IT solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, design, and deploy high-performance applications while driving continuous improvement in our technology stack.

Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java.
• Implement and integrate NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Solr.
• Utilize Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, Hibernate, etc.) to build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and high code quality.

Your tasks 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)

• Integrate message brokers into backend systems.
• Employ development tools like IntelliJ IDEA and GIT to manage and version code.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance in a fast-paced environment. Document technical processes and support team collaboration.
• Familiarity with the CI/CD pipeline and tools like GITLAB.

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Java Backend Developer.
• Strong command of Java, SQL & NoSQL databases, and key Java frameworks.
• Familiarity with broker systems.
• Hands-on experience with versioning tools and development environments.

• Basic understanding of SQL and exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian.
