In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment and talent development initiatives while optimizing HR processes across our organization. You will support company integration efforts by fostering a unified culture and enhancing internal communication. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure our HR systems are aligned with both business goals and industry best practices.

  • Lead Recruitment Efforts: Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, from active sourcing and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding new employees effectively.
  • Optimize HR Processes: Organize and maintain HR data, manage personnel costs, and streamline workflows to support our rapidly expanding team.
  • Facilitate Company Integration: Play a key role in merging companies and fostering a unified culture for our diverse workforce of 100+ professionals.

  • Manage Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate and design competitive compensation packages—including welfare schemes, bonuses, and benefits—while collaborating with external payroll providers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support Leadership Development: Assist team leaders in enhancing their leadership skills and building highly engaged teams through targeted training and coaching.
  • Enhance Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in both Italian and English to ensure clarity and cohesion across the organization.
