Ensure the smooth, compliant, and timely financial execution of co-funded projects, supporting high-quality delivery and strong coordination with public sector stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with EU and national financial regulations for co-funded projects
Monitor cost eligibility and manage project budgeting processes
Prepare and submit Financial Reports, Cost Claims, and Expenditure Declarations
Oversee personnel timesheet accuracy and documentation
Coordinate internal and external audit preparation
Archive and maintain project-related financial documentation
Upload and manage data in the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and OPΣ
Liaise with Managing Authorities and other relevant public bodies
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience with EU/NSRF/PIP-funded project management
Proven understanding of national public funding procedures
Familiarity with the Management and Control System in Greece
Strong command of the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and OPΣ
Detail-oriented with a strong track record in documentation
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Fluency in Greek and working proficiency in English
