Guide clients through applications to EU funding programs (Innovation Fund and other large-scale initiatives).
Provide strategic financial advice, including cost modeling, financial planning, and business case structuring.
Conduct business process analysis, modeling, and improvement to support client project success.
Perform data analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power SQL, and transform results into actionable insights.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and funding documents.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, partners, and funding authorities.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe in interdisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in a financial, business analyst, or consulting role, ideally in an international environment.
Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, financial modeling, and improvement.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Power SQL or comparable tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate creative solutions.
Permanent contract (full-time or part-time).
Hybrid work model with Leipzig or Düsseldorf as office locations (1–2 days per week on-site, depending on experience).
