Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
Represent PNO Innovation at events, conferences, and innovation networks.
Collaborate with internal teams across Europe to align business development with delivery strategies.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in innovation consulting or related fields.
Demonstrated B2B sales success with a strong record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Experience working with technology, software, or digital transformation clients.
Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to build lasting client relationships.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Based near Rome or Naples, available to work from the office 2–4 times per month.
