We are looking for an IT Consultant to reinforce our Digital Innovation team in France.
This role is intended for PhD holders who wish to apply their scientific background to innovation consulting, with a strong focus on scientific writing for CIR/CII projects and other public R&D funding schemes.

You will play a central role in analysing complex digital R&D projects and translating them into robust, compliant scientific documentation.

Take ownership of the scientific analysis and writing of digital R&D projects, ensuring their eligibility and compliance with CIR/CII requirements, while supporting clients in structuring their innovation strategies.

Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

Analyse complex digital and IT R&D projects (AI, software, data, cloud, cybersecurity, systems).
Independently draft and structure scientific and technical narratives for CIR/CII files.
Translate R&D activities into clear, rigorous, and auditable documentation.
Interact directly with clients’ technical teams (engineers, researchers, CTOs).

Contribute to other public funding applications (grants, national or European schemes).
Support responses to technical questions or audit requests from authorities.
Contribute to internal methodology development and quality standards.
Mentor junior consultants on scientific writing and analysis.

PhD in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
Strong analytical and scientific reasoning skills.
Excellent scientific and technical writing skills in French (core requirement).
Professional proficiency in English.

Ability to structure complex R&D work into clear written arguments.
Comfortable working autonomously on complex files.

Doctorat en informatique, ingénierie, data, IA, cybersécurité ou domaine connexe.
Excellentes capacités d’analyse scientifique.
Excellentes compétences en rédaction scientifique en français (critère clé).

Anglais professionnel requis.
Autonomie, rigueur et sens de la structuration.
Intérêt marqué pour le conseil en innovation et le CIR/CII.
