Lead the scientific analysis and writing of complex CIR/CII files.
Define and validate eligibility strategies for digital R&D projects.
Review, challenge, and validate scientific narratives produced by junior and medior consultants.
Act as a key interlocutor for clients’ technical and executive teams.
Support and manage CIR/CII audits and technical discussions with authorities.
Contribute to strategic client advisory on R&D and innovation roadmaps.
Mentor consultants and ensure quality standards across the team.
Contribute to internal expertise development and thought leadership.
PhD in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Data, AI, or related fields.
Proven experience in CIR/CII or innovation funding consulting (mandatory).
Outstanding scientific and technical writing skills in French.
Fluent professional English.
Strong client-facing and project leadership capabilities.
Ability to secure and defend complex scientific positions.
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and responsibility.
Lead strategic digital innovation projects with major clients.

Competitive salary: €42,000–€48,000 annual gross.

Définir les stratégies d’éligibilité R&D.
Valider et challenger les productions de l’équipe.
Être l’interlocuteur de référence des clients et autorités.
Gérer les contrôles et audits CIR/CII.
Encadrer et faire monter en compétences les consultants.
Contribuer à la stratégie et à l’expertise interne.
Doctorat en IT, ingénierie, data, IA ou domaine connexe.
Expérience confirmée en CIR/CII ou conseil en financement de l’innovation (obligatoire).
Excellente rédaction scientifique en français.
Anglais courant.
Forte autonomie et leadership.
Capacité à sécuriser des dossiers complexes.
Gestion de projets R&D numériques à forte valeur ajoutée.
