We are looking for a Junior IT Consultant to join our Digital Innovation team in France.
You will support innovative organisations in analysing IT and digital R&D projects and in producing high-quality scientific and technical documentation, primarily for French R&D tax incentive schemes (CIR / CII) and other public funding mechanisms.

This role is designed for early-career profiles with a strong technical or scientific background and a strong interest in scientific writing and innovation consulting.

Support innovative companies in structuring, documenting, and justifying their digital R&D projects through rigorous scientific writing, contributing directly to CIR/CII files and public funding applications.

Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

Analyse digital and IT R&D projects (AI, software, data, cloud, cybersecurity, systems).
Draft clear, structured, and robust scientific and technical descriptions for CIR/CII files.
Translate complex R&D activities into compliant documentation aligned with CIR/CII expectations.
Contribute to the preparation of public funding applications and supporting evidence.

Work closely with clients’ technical teams to understand R&D challenges and methodologies.
Support project follow-up, documentation updates, and reporting activities.
Participate in internal knowledge sharing and methodology development.
Monitor technological and innovation trends relevant to CIR/CII eligibility.

Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
Solid understanding of digital or IT R&D projects.
Very strong scientific and technical writing skills in French (essential).

Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them clearly and rigorously.
Detail-oriented, methodical, and reliable.

Nous recherchons un Consultant IT Junior pour rejoindre notre équipe Innovation Digitale en France.
Vous interviendrez en support de projets R&D innovants dans les domaines du numérique et de l’IT, en contribuant à la rédaction scientifique et technique de dossiers CIR/CII, ainsi qu’à d’autres dispositifs de financement public.

Ce poste s’adresse à des profils en début de carrière disposant d’un solide socle technique ou scientifique, avec un fort intérêt pour la rédaction scientifique appliquée au financement de la R&D.

Vos tâches

Accompagner des organisations innovantes dans la structuration, la justification scientifique et la valorisation de leurs projets R&D digitaux, principalement dans le cadre des dispositifs CIR et CII.

Analyser des projets R&D en technologies numériques (IA, logiciels, data, cloud, cybersécurité, systèmes IT, etc.).
Rédiger des descriptions scientifiques et techniques claires, structurées et conformes aux exigences du CIR/CII.
Traduire des travaux R&D complexes en documents justifiant l’éligibilité au CIR/CII.
Contribuer à la préparation de dossiers de financement public et de pièces justificatives.

Travailler avec les équipes techniques des clients pour comprendre les méthodes et verrous scientifiques.
Participer au suivi des projets et aux activités de reporting.
Contribuer au partage de connaissances et à l’amélioration des méthodologies internes.
Assurer une veille technologique et innovation liée aux critères CIR/CII.

Votre profil

Diplôme de niveau Master en informatique, ingénierie, data, IA, cybersécurité ou domaine connexe.
Capacité d’analyse et raisonnement structuré.
Bonne compréhension des projets R&D IT et digitaux.
Excellentes capacités de rédaction scientifique et technique en français (critère clé).

Anglais professionnel requis (écrit et oral).
Capacité à expliquer des sujets techniques complexes de manière claire et rigoureuse.
Rigueur, méthode, sens du détail.
Intérêt marqué pour le conseil en innovation et les dispositifs de financement CIR/CII.
