- Manage financial and administrative follow-up of EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, H2020, LIFE, EDF)
- Prepare and review financial statements, cost reports, and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with EU eligibility rules (personnel, subcontracting, indirect costs, etc.)
- Act as main client contact for financial and administrative topics

- Support and coordinate audits and reviews (CFS, EC audits)
- Monitor budgets, cost allocation, and project spending
- Guide clients on best practices in grant management and compliance
- Coordinate with internal consultants and external project partners

- 2–6 years of experience in EU project financial management, audits, or grant administration
- Strong knowledge of Horizon Europe / H2020 financial rules (other programs are a plus)
- Experience with financial reporting, cost eligibility, or audits (CFS)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and documentation
