  • Structure and develop project concepts, work packages, and impact sections
  • Coordinate international consortia and manage partner inputs during proposal preparation
  • Identify relevant funding opportunities aligned with client and partner needs

Your tasks 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)

  • Support business development activities, including partner outreach and opportunity scouting
  • Contribute to budget design and resource planning
  • Ensure compliance with EU programme requirements and evaluation criteria
  • Continuously improve internal proposal quality and win-rate strategies

Your profile 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

  • 3–6 years of experience in EU funding / European projects, with a strong pre-award focus

  • Solid understanding of EU funding programmes and evaluation processes
  • Experience working with international consortia and multiple stakeholders

Your Profile 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)

  • Strong writing, structuring, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable combining content development with partner coordination

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Why us? (What do we offer) 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

  • Remote-first setup (95%), with flexibility and limited in-person requirements
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact European projects in education, skills, and social innovation

  • International, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment
  • Clear pathway to grow into a senior/lead consultant role
