We are looking for a Junior Consultant – Grants & Financial Control to join our National Funding team in Spain.
This role focuses primarily on the financial monitoring and control of publicly funded projects (65% post-award), including budget tracking, cost validation, and preparation of financial justifications for national funding programs (e.g. CDTI, regional grants).
You will also contribute to proposal preparation (35% pre-award), supporting budgeting and cost structuring.
Please note: this role requires prior hands-on experience in the financial monitoring or justification of publicly funded projects (grants/subsidies).

Your profile 1st part (in max 4 bullets)
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in financial monitoring, budgeting, or cost justification of publicly funded projects (grants, subsidies, CDTI, regional funding)
- 1–3 years of experience in financial control, project management, or similar roles
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Management), Business Administration, or similar
- Strong understanding of cost structures, budgeting, and financial reporting

- Advanced Excel skills (budget tracking, cost analysis)
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- Catalan is a strong plus
