Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for selected PNO Digital software tools.
Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into structured user stories and specifications.
Prioritise the backlog based on data, business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

Collaborate closely with technical project managers to design and validate solutions.
Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and user feedback to drive improvements.
Coordinate rollouts, documentation, onboarding, and internal adoption initiatives.
Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in digital or software environments.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical mindset and highly structured approach to problem solving.
Solid understanding of software development processes, APIs, integrations, and UX principles.

Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
Experience using Agile methods and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate needs into technical requirements.
Available to work 1–2 days per week onsite in Rome, with flexibility according to team needs.
